About

I am a digital artist who seeks the minimal and repetitive nature of our world. I have always been fascinated with three dimensional images, plans, maps and isometric artwork and drawings. I would be drawn to complicated solutions that can be explained clearly. A London tube map is a perfect example of this.

I later became interested in how light can change the mood and feel of a place. This led to me being intrigued with photography and understanding how light can enhance a subject.

Armed only with my camera, I often go wandering into towns, cities and landscapes in search of interesting arrangements that stand out to me.

I often take pictures without a final outcome in mind. My work tends to lead back to symmetry, repetition and an apocalyptic nature.

I also have a love for buildings, especially when cast with good light. I generally use a telephoto lens which means I can zoom into the detail I spot when out taking photos.

I mainly create my work using Affinity software on both my computer and iPad.

I also have a passion for DJing, and, again love the repetitive and loopy nature that electronic music offers.
